Human Resources Assistant - St Peter's Partnership

We are looking to recruit an experienced HR Assistant to provide a pro-active, professional and high quality service for St Peter’s Partnerships. You will be a highly motivated and organised HR Assistant with at least two years relevant HR administration experience. You will work closely with the Central Support Services Manager to provide operational HR support to the organisation.

Within the role you will be responsible for supporting the selection and recruitment process of staff, ensuring accurate administration and record keeping, preparing and processing HR related paperwork required, supporting and inducting new employees as required, carrying out exit interviews. The ideal candidate will have, or be willing to work towards attaining a CIPD qualification.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to provide a pro-active, professional and high quality service for St Peter’s Partnerships.

You will support the Chief Executive in providing office and organisational assistance. To successfully apply for this role you will have a minimum of two years experience in providing a confidential secretarial and administrative support to a senior manager, with excellent IT skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Effectively managing and maintaining the Chief Executive’s electronic diary, arranging meetings including the collation and provision of associated documents are also essential, as is a flexible approach and the ability to juggle numerous duties.

Casual Female Sessional Worker x 2 - Hyde Bangladesh Welfare Association

Casual sessional workers are required to work at the Welfare Association in Hyde. You must be Bilingual - ability to speak in Bangla and English, as interpreting would be required at times. This job is as and when required to help deliver activities throughout the year for women attending the centre. You will be helping organise training, courses, trips, interpret and translate when required for women.

Experience: You will need to have experience in a paid or unpaid (voluntary) capacity of working in the community and with women. Have an understanding of the needs of BME (Black Minority Ethnic) women, especially Bengali women in Hyde, and have experience of setting up and delivering activities.

Would suit someone looking for part time/ flexible hours. No fixed hours given, this is a casual post and you will be called in when required to cover activities. You must be available at short notice, and be able to cover evenings and weekends.
Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
