Health and Social Care Providers Forum
The network is for network for voluntary and community sector providers of health and social care services.
The Health and Social Care Network - Brings together groups and
organisations in the Voluntary and Community Sector whose work has a
health and social care focus. It provides an opportunity for
groups to share information and best practice, showcase their work and
receive briefings (including the Policy Briefing Paper which is
disseminated quarterly). They also share training and develop a collective voice to influence statutory
sector developments in strategy and services.
The forum also links into Tameside and Glossop Primary Care Trust's
(PCT) Helath is for Life Festival (H4L), Tameside Metropolitan Borough
Council's (TMBC) 'Listen Here' Disability Conference and has provided support
to the PCT's five year initiative for developing Health Services in
Tameside in Tameside World Class Commissioning (WCC).
