Workers Lunch
FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD. The community Development Workers lunch seems to have been going for as long as T3SC has existed. The lunch is a very informal affair with no agenda and no minutes taken and its rationale is one of information sharing and a networking opportunity over what is in effect the only free lunch you will ever really get (honest) and as well as that we have been known to have a bit of a laugh on more that one occasion!
We occasionally have invited guests to address the meeting on pertinent issues of the day and we welcome suggestions as to whom we should/could invite.
If you work
in the Community with groups or individuals either in a paid or voluntary
capacity and you would like to attend just put the next date
in your diary (check on our
Training and Events page)
and turn up at
T3SC offices where you will be
made very welcome.
We are happy to ‘go on the road’ with the CD lunch, as it is known, so if you
would like to host it (and provide the buffet) just get in touch with Colin at
T3SC to discuss. The lunches are on an approximate six weekly cycle and they
usually run until about 1.30pm.
