Evening voluntary work at Tameside Hospital

Tameside Hospital has a Mobility Scooter service, which takes patients who are unable to walk to their outpatient appointments on the hospital site. At present, the service works during 9am to 4pm from Monday to Friday but we would like to extend it to include evenings in order that patients who attend evening appointments can also access the service.

Are you interested in working as a scooter volunteer between the hours of 4pm to 7pm? If so, please contact the Voluntary Services Manager, Mrs Karen Eato on 0161 331 5335 to discuss or request an application form to do voluntary work at the hospital. Training is provided.
